3) New face of: Kafe Kafka Underground ™

These magazines are out of print. LA Food TV Show and Kafe Kafka Underground™ are still here: as Guy Kawasaki [Apple] told us: “Reinvent yourself”. We did. With ferocity.

4) Julia Child.

This is 30 years celebration of Julia Child’s on TV. LA Food TV Show met Julia many times. At times we teased her: “Julia can we cook some rattle snake”? The look she gave us? Definitely not “amuse bouche.” Julia said: “No! Snake cooking is not - a French Cuisine."

5) First 3D menu in the world’s restaurant anywhere.

People, this is 1987! The only restaurants in the world with 3D menu [Kafe Kafka™]. Sorry Mr. Cameron: Our ideation was here first - 20 years before your Avatar movie.

6) Dominatrix couple.

Cooking with “Dominatrix Couple” was exciting. During the shoot, got tangled in theirs chains and dropped “Chicken Paprika” on the floor. Q: What is a chastity belt - the chef?

7) Artist Monique Malevic.

Monica’s art hangs in four New York brownstones. Her paintings motives illuminate the lifestyles of the “in the crowd progressives.” These days: It is personal taste of art collectors who browse the net creating the discovery, although an “unorthodox art exposure” is a must. This will get you into the art press - worldwide.

8) Gold Oskar ™ party extravaganzas

Does the edible gold piece of cake causes an erection? Try it! One time publicist of a mega star called Kafe Kafka™ and said - she got a diarrhea after the Oskar [™] party, She thinks it was the “gold cake.” “What else she ate that day?” I asked. “The fast food burger” the publicist said. Lesson: You don’t mix scratch prepared “real food” with processed “junk food” - it might cause diarrhea.

9) Art with Cristo.

Monsieur Cristo, the artist agreed: food and art goes together. La Food TV show.com and Kafe Kafka™ cooked “crepe suzettes,” for the public during [Cristo's] 1998 Yellow Umbrella Show in Tejon Ranch, California. The picture is shaky until you place it on the pedestal. Same is with life

10) Harley Davison races trough Kafe Kafka™ (1991)

It takes real men to navigate successfully the corners of their lives. Thus, at times theirs “life’s riding skills,” are prized by luxuries of ”echt,“ lifestyles. Or not….
